10|10 Motion Pictures: Master Legal Policy

PART A: TERMS OF SERVICE

This agreement governs the use of all services, physical locations, and digital platforms operated by 10|10 Motion Pictures, including but not limited to 10|10 Production House and 10|10 TV.

1. The 10|10 Ecosystem

By engaging with any entity under 10|10 Motion Pictures (the "Company"), you agree to these terms. These services include physical studio rentals, production memberships, and digital streaming services.

2. Studio & Production House Use

  • Access: Use of the 10|10 Production House is reserved for active members or authorized renters.

  • Liability: Users of the physical studio assume all risks associated with film production. 10|10 Motion Pictures is not liable for personal injury or loss of data occurring on-site.

  • Equipment: Members are responsible for the proper care of Company equipment. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the member's account on file.

3. 10|10 TV Streaming Service

  • Viewer Subscriptions: External audiences may access the 10|10 TV app via a paid subscription. Pricing is subject to change, with notice provided to active subscribers.

  • Member Content: Work published to 10|10 TV is hosted under a non-exclusive license granted by the Creator to 10|10 Motion Pictures. The Creator retains all underlying copyrights to their work.

  • Revenue Share: 10|10 Motion Pictures calculates "Member Cuts" based on net revenue and proprietary view-time metrics. Payouts are issued according to the schedule defined in the Member Production Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

​The "10|10" brand, logos, and the 10|10 TV application interface are the exclusive property of 10|10 Motion Pictures. Users may not record or redistribute content from the Service without express written consent.

PART B: PRIVACY POLICY

This section explains how 10|10 Motion Pictures handles data across its entire portfolio.

1. Information Collection

We collect information necessary to provide a high-quality production and streaming experience:

  • Identity & Billing: Name, email, and payment details processed via secure third-party partners (Wix/Stripe).

  • Streaming Analytics: We monitor "Minutes Watched" for every film on 10|10 TV. This is required to ensure our member-creators are accurately compensated for their work.

  • Studio Logs: We maintain logs of physical studio access for security and insurance purposes.

2. Data Usage & Protection

  • No Sale of Data: 10|10 Motion Pictures does not sell or lease your personal information to third-party advertisers.

  • Third-Party Partners: We utilize Cloudinary for video delivery and Wix for web hosting. These partners are compliant with global data protection standards (GDPR/CCPA/2026 Updates).

3. Global Compliance

Per 2026 regulations, we employ age-verification measures for our streaming platform and provide all users the "Right to be Forgotten." You may request a full export or deletion of your data at any time.​
